As a Talent Acquisition Manager for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL (with Remote flexibility), you will….
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across Region 4, aligning with John Deere’s business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing, agile talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and develop customized recruitment solutions.
- Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience by implementing best practices in recruitment processes, communication, and feedback mechanisms.
- Utilize analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make informed decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively adjust talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment processes and promote best practices in talent acquisition.

REQUIREMENT
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with data analysis and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
