Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational growth and workforce planning goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance targets and providing training to enhance their skills.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job roles, and prioritize key hires.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Design and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate quality.
  • Leverage data and recruitment analytics to track KPIs (e.g., cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies, universities, and professional networks.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a broad and representative talent pool.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, social media presence, and participation in industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • REQUIREMENT

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
    • 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams.
    • Expertise in modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems like Taleo or Workable).
    • Strong knowledge of labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and employment regulations.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
    • Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
