Salary: $100,000-120,000

This role is perfect for someone who loves both systems and people. You’ll flex between strategic talent acquisition, hands-on recruiting, systems implementation, and day-to-day HR operations & Business Partnership. You’ll work directly with our VP, People Operations as a true thought partner and operator—helping to shape a culture of high performance, clarity, and care. You’ll also serve as a mentor and lead to our People Operations Coordinator, helping them grow and thrive in their role.
What will you do?
- Own full-cycle recruitment across corporate and clinical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and fast time-to-hire
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, build pipelines, and proactively source top talent using LinkedIn and other tools
- Manage and improve People systems, including our ATS (Greenhouse), HRIS (BambooHR), and onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Collaborate with finance and leadership on headcount planning, reporting, and compensation data
- Act as a business partner across departments, supporting employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness
- Design and optimize People processes that scale with growth—think onboarding, performance management, documentation, DEIB, etc.
- Serve as mentor and team lead to the People Operations Coordinator
- Help build a culture of transparency, accountability, and belonging in a remote-first environment
REQUIREMENT
What do you bring?
- 5+ years of experience in People Ops, Talent Acquisition, or HRBP roles within high-growth environments
- Proven track record managing full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, including clinical hiring
- Systems-savvy: you’ve worked in or implemented HRIS (BambooHR preferred), ATS (Greenhouse preferred), and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience operating in a scaling startup or similarly fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Autonomous, scrappy, and endlessly curious—you take ownership, solve problems, and keep things moving
- Comfortable context-switching between strategic and tactical work
- Exceptional communicator with a people-first mindset and a strong EQ
- Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification
- Preferred: Experience with payroll administration, benefits administration, and building or revamping HR policies
