Customer Support Engineer - Remote

Scope of Work:

1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and video calls to a global user base.

2. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely, effective resolutions.

3. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve the overall customer experience.

4. Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge bases.

5. Advocate for customer needs, providing valuable feedback to enhance the platform.

 

 

You are a good fit if you:

1. Have an engineering/technical background (Required).

2. Have 5+ years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.

3. Possess excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

4. Are familiar with support tools like Intercom.

5. Can work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

6. Have strong technical troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology.

  • REQUIREMENT

    Bonus Points for:

    1. Experience with AI or compliance solutions.

    2. Experience in building LLMs or AI Agents.

    3. Basic knowledge of APIs or technical integrations.

  • COMPANY INFO

    This position pays $120,000-$150,000/annually, depending on your background, experience, and location*. However, exceptions can be made on a discretionary basis for candidates with exceptional experience.
