Talent Acquisition Manage (Remote)

Our partner is looking TAM, remote. 
Location: US | $175K/yr to $85K/yr + Bonus

 

 

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate and field roles, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate and field roles
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms with a focus on SEO and compliance
  • Proactively source and screen resumes for field management and corporate positions
  • Draft and distribute offer letters, initiate background checks, and verify licensure, when needed
  • Maintain candidate data integrity in UKG Pro and track requisition activity
  • Lead recruitment marketing, sourcing strategy execution, and applicant flow tracking
  • Train and support center managers in effectively using ATS for job postings, candidate tracking, and selection processes
  • Partner with center managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and create job ads that align with business goals
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communications between hiring managers and candidates
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, optimize hiring strategies, and improve time-to-fill metric
  • REQUIREMENT

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
    • Experience recruiting in multi-unit retail, beauty, or service industry is required

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in UKG Pro (UltiPro), Workable, and/or Greenhouse ATS; must be confident navigating recruiting workflows
    • Experience managing requisitions, scheduling, and sourcing in a high-volume environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
    • High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
    • Experience creating job ads and working with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, internal ATS)

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
