We are growing and adding to our amazing TA team! The Manager of BCBA Talent Acquisition (TA) will be responsible for sourcing and hiring compassionate and mission driven individuals that will support our mission, values and goals.

At Blue Balloon, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services for those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
 
Direct Apply:
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business such as Clinical Directors and Executive leadership to determine talent needs.
  • Full cycle souring and recruitment for clinical and administrative positions such as Clinical BCBA Directors, Senior BCBAs, BCBAs, director/managerial/ senior leadership roles and administrative support staff.
  • Develop strategies to market and expand brand awareness of our talent opportunities.
  • Hire, mentor, coach and supervise BCBA recruiters.
  • Offer exceptional client service and function as an advisor on the talent acquisition process.
  • Organize and lead hiring kick off’s, interview pre-briefs and post-interview debriefs with the interview teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our ways of working focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop search strategies to recruit a diverse slate of candidates through job boards, employee referrals, professional networking, local advertising, and social networks leveraging talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake and other sourcing tools to engage with prospective talent.
  • Reach or exceed performance benchmarks & goals (hires, feedback, etc.)
