The HR Director plays a pivotal role in aligning the Human Resources strategy with Group's business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, succession planning, talent and change management, organizational development, performance management, and compensation.
Acting as a trusted advisor and business partner to executives, the HR Director addresses people and organizational issues while collaborating with senior leaders and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, boost productivity, and improve staff retention by identifying staffing and training needs.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and respond promptly to partner requests.
- Maintain accurate employee data to inform organizational metrics and audits.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee timely delivery of benefits and perform regular salary reviews.
- Update and harmonize salary and benefit plans according to needs.
