Scope of Work:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and video calls to a global user base.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Advocate for customer needs, providing valuable feedback to enhance the platform.
